BABYMONSTER OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK is a product with wireless control function. - Power Setting: Press the button on the LIGHT STICK to turn the product on. - LED Mode Setting : WHITE ON → WHITE BLINK → WHITE FLICKER → RED ON → RED BLINK → RED FLICKER → OFF - Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn on [Bluetooth mode]. (Please use Bluetooth mode when entering seat information.) - Pressing and holding the button for 3 seconds at [Bluetooth mode] will turn on [Concert mode]. (Please make sure to switch to the Concert mode and use it during the concert.)

PLEASE START YOUR UNBOXING VIDEO BEFORE YOU OPEN THE BOX/ENVELOPE with no editing/time lapse in case you need to report missing items.

•  The claim must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date.

•  Not all claims submitted will be granted; they will be accepted upon review.

•  If the claim submission period has passed or the unboxing video does not meet our policy requirements, the claim may be rejected, and no further action will be taken on your order.

If you order any pre-orders with in-stock albums, they will be held until all albums are ready to be shipped.

All Products, Albums, Merch and Photo Cards are 100% Authentic. Please keep in mind that albums and PC may come with manufacturer imperfections such as Scuff/Markings, etc. We will ensure quick order processing and the highest level of service available.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the amount of cancellation requests, we have updated our cancellation policy and are only allowing cancellations within the first hour after purchase.

When purchasing an item with our store, buyers are entering a contract-- this is a legally-binding agreement to purchase the item from us-the seller. Buyers are responsible for reading the full item listing, including the title and description with our store's policies.

Pre-Sale Policy

All pre-sales of products are final. We do not offer refunds/cancellations for anything purchased before release date.

When purchasing a pre-sale product, the market value of an item is known to fluctuate. This makes the pre-sale a 

shared risk for both the seller and buyer. When purchasing a pre-sale with BluesKpopNmore, the buyer agrees to follow through with their transaction. However, the buyer may return their pre-sale item once it arrives.

Return Policy

All sales are final unless other wise we made a mistake on the description, then the following will apply. Due to an increased amount of return requests, we have updated our return policy. Buyers will be required to pay a 25% re-stocking fee for all returns. We do not currently have the staff to focus solely on returns. This policy will help us provide a more positive experience for serious buyers. Refunds will be sent upon receipt of the return item. All Returns are recorded by video.
