RETURN, REFUND, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

At BluekpopNmore, LLC, we are committed to providing authentic K-pop albums, merchandise, and collectibles while maintaining a fair and transparent shopping experience for our customers. By placing an order through https://www.blueskpopnmore.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy.

1. IMPORTANT: INSPECT YOUR ORDER & RECORD AN UNBOXING VIDEO

We strongly encourage all customers to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

To protect both our customers and our business, PLEASE START YOUR UNBOXING VIDEO BEFORE YOU OPEN THE SHIPPING BOX OR ENVELOPE.

The unboxing video should:

  • Begin before the package is opened.

  • Clearly show the sealed package and shipping label.

  • Continue without interruption until all contents have been completely removed and displayed.

  • Contain no edits, cuts, pauses, filters, or time-lapse effects.

This video may be requested if you need to report missing items, incorrect items, or shipping-related issues.

Claim Deadline

  • Claims must be submitted within three (3) calendar days of the carrier's recorded delivery date.

  • Not all claims submitted will be granted. Every claim is reviewed individually based on the evidence provided.

  • If the claim submission period has passed or the unboxing video does not meet the requirements outlined above, your claim may be rejected and no further action may be taken regarding your order.

2. SIGNED ALBUMS – FINAL SALE

FINAL SALE

THIS PRODUCT IS FINAL SALE. CLAIMS FOR RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, DAMAGE, MISSING ITEMS, OR WRONG ITEMS ARE NOT ACCEPTED, EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

All signed albums sold by BluekpopNmore are subject to a strict no-return, no-refund, and no-exchange policy.

Signed album orders may only be canceled during the sales or pre-order period expressly stated in the product description and/or product photos. After that period has ended, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

The following are considered normal and are not considered defects:

  • Small imperfections in signatures

  • Slight smudging or variations in autographs

  • Minor dents

  • Small scratches or scuffs

  • Packaging wear

  • Manufacturing imperfections

  • Minor cosmetic marks

These conditions do not qualify for a return, refund, replacement, or exchange.

Customers purchasing signed albums are strongly encouraged to record a qualifying unboxing video as described above.

3. RETURNS

Unless BluekpopNmore, LLC has made a material mistake in fulfilling your order or where otherwise required by law, approved returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • A 25% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless BluekpopNmore agrees otherwise.

  • Merchandise must be returned unused and in substantially the same condition in which it was received, including original packaging and included items where applicable.

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned merchandise has been received and successfully inspected.

As a small business, we do not currently have dedicated staff focused solely on processing returns. This policy allows us to continue providing quality service while ensuring inventory remains available for serious buyers.

4. RETURN INSPECTIONS

For quality assurance and fraud prevention purposes:

  • All returned merchandise is recorded on video during the inspection process.

  • BluekpopNmore reserves the right to document the condition of returned items before determining refund eligibility.

  • Returns received in a damaged, altered, incomplete, or materially different condition may be denied or may qualify only for a partial refund where permitted by law.

5. REFUNDS

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

  • Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and similar fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. MISSING, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Customers should inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

If you believe your order contains missing items, incorrect merchandise, or shipping-related damage, please contact Support@blueskpopnmore.com within three (3) calendar days of the recorded delivery date.

To assist in our review, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs, where applicable

  • A complete, continuous, and unedited unboxing video that began before opening the package

Providing an unboxing video does not guarantee approval of a claim, but it greatly assists our investigation. Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may be denied.

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has entered processing or fulfillment.

However, once an order has been processed, packed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

Additionally:

  • Signed albums and certain limited-release or pre-order products may only be canceled during the cancellation period specified in the applicable product listing.

  • Once that cancellation window closes, those orders become final.

BluekpopNmore reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

  • Payment authorization failures

  • Inventory shortages

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Supplier or fulfillment issues

  • Compliance with applicable laws or regulations

If BluekpopNmore cancels an order before shipment, any authorized payment collected will generally be refunded to the original payment method.

8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.

BluekpopNmore is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, seizures, or additional charges assessed by customs authorities.
